VENEZUELA VIRUS!

With clever planning and a country on lockdown President Hugo Chavez has successfully created a very nasty chemical agent which he plans to unleash on the United States of America and its unsuspecting citizens. The research and development of this evil agent is known only as “VENERUS”. The exact date that President Chavez is planning to use this Weapon of mass destruction is unknown. But Intel has narrowed it down to sometime in late Oct. 2011. A strike force team is being assembled to go into the thick Venezuelan jungles retrieve and destroy this biological weapon.

Hugo, not to be out done has hired some of the best Contractors to protect, move and unleash this agent onto the masses. They will do anything to see their mission completed and take down as many Americans as possible in the process. They know the jungle well and will be a formidable enemy to those who try and stop them.

Consequently there is a research team from NATO that is present in the Venezuelan jungle as of now. They are in search of answers to a rash of resent unexplained deaths. Rumors and local urban legends have created fear in the hearts of the Venezuelan people. What ever is causing these deaths is leaving a path of death and destruction in its wake. The NATO researchers will be accompanied by a small local force known as The Venezuelan Military Police (VMP's). There main mission is to protect the NATO researchers at all costs and to help find the truth. They must decipher the cause of deaths and make sure crimes against the Venezuelan people are not the cause of a cruel and power hungry ruler.

General Rules for Venezuela Virus

3 Teams

.Green Team - US Strike Force

.Tan Team - Venezuela Military Police + Villagers Civilian/Street Clothing

.Black & Tan - Hired Mercs/Contractors

Mag/Ammo

Mags -

.3 Mid Caps or 1 High Cap

Ammo -

.Extra BB’s will be kept at your teams FOB

Pistols -

.Unlimited mags, ammo, and gas, all can be carried on your person.

Infected Humans-

.Unlimited ammo on person.

Red Rags -

.MUST BE CARRIED AT ALL TIMES, if you are hit, get it out and wave it.

Infected Humans -

.Put on white blood stained T-shirt (see things to bring/must have) over your load out.

Standard Respawn Rules

.When you are hit PULL OUT YOUR RED RAG, you have 3 minutes to bleed out or saved by a team member.

.Humans that are wounded, after being hit, but before bleeding out (3 minutes) can be moved to a safe location as long as a healthy player puts both hands on the wounded player and they walk (not run) to a safe location and administer first aid (maintain contact for 1 minute).

.If a player bleeds out, he/she will back up 25 feet away from combat. After that the player is back in.

.Infected Humans Respawn Rules

If you are hit on anywhere on your body you will take a knee for 10 seconds, stand up and

Continue to fight.

.If you take a head shot, or a shot to the plate ( the plate will be provided (the plate represents a head shot)) you will go back 25 feet and then reenter the game.

.Infected Humans can only shoot one handed and they can not talk (only grunt), run (only walk), and my not use cover.

　

Things you MUST have in order to play this event.

A RED RAG! Which you will always need to be able to play at Poso……its not a new thing, so make it happen.

A WHITE T-SHIRT….. An over sized white T-shirt, maybe shredded and spotted with fake blood (for effect)

There is no excuse for not haveing a red rag, and I know just about everyone has an old white T-shirt at their house they can destroy and use for this event. But if you don’t Anarchy will have a few for sale. We will also have some fake blood that may be used to help add some character to you shirt.

Just added to the Tan Team (Villagers Civilian/Street Clothing). So if you know any body that would like to play, but doesn't have camo, just check them in as their call sign and (Tan/Villager).

Bills BBQ will be out at Venezuela Virus selling Pulled Pork snadwiches and Tri-Tip snadwiches. $5 will get you a Pull Pork sandwich, drink (soda or water) and a side. For $6 you can get a Tri-Tip sandwich, drink and a side. He was out last Sunday and from what I hear the guys really liked what he was cooking. He will be out at the next Poso outing, so if you missed his grub, make sure to try it.
